The Kentucky Health Justice Network's Trans Health Advocacy Program helps trans Kentuckians access gender-affirming healthcare through advocacy, healthcare navigation, emotional support, and connections to trusted community resources. It also provides financial assistance for gender-affirming care. It helps individuals navigate insurance and other barriers to care, with a focus on addressing the intersecting impacts of racism, classism, ableism, and other forms of discrimination. In addition, the program offers educational resources and community support to strengthen access to health care, autonomy, and well-being for trans people across Kentucky.

KHJN Abortion Support Fund
The KHJN Abortion Support Fund is a program of the Kentucky Health Justice Network that helps Kentuckians access abortion care by providing financial assistance and practical support. The fund connects people with trained volunteers who can help with costs related to abortion care, transportation, language interpretation, and care coordination, including for those traveling out of state due to Kentucky's abortion restrictions. It also provides confidential, nonjudgmental information about pregnancy options and connects people with clinics and other support resources.
